Ordering
Perfume Warehouse products are subject to availability. When placing an order, it is the purchaser's responsibility to ensure that all details conveyed in the order are correct & true.
Perfume Warehouse does not accept liability for products sent with errors made by the ordering party. Product items may be withdrawn at any time without notice. We reserve the right to refuse to accept orders, either in part or whole. Due to the custom nature of the products offered by Perfume Warehouse, full payment must be received for all orders before any goods can be dispatched.
Prices
The prices quoted on this website are in Australian dollars $AUS and is GST inclusive. All internet product range and prices are identical to those at the Perfume Warehouse retail outlets, including all promotions and special offered.
Delivery and Handling Charges
Perfume Warehouse delivers nation wide via Australia Post. All delivery and handling charges are included in the listed price for each product on this web-site. Should the delivery charges in anyway be unclear or not understood, you should contact us at info@perfumewarehouse.com.au with your query.
Estimated Delivery Time:
Orders are dispatched from our Perfume Warehouse Head Office in New South Wales, Australia. Your products should be delivered to you within 4-7 days of receipt of order, payment & advise of correct information relating to the products required. Delivery time may also be affected by the size or complexity of your order, the delivery location & our current workload. An estimate for delivery can be requested before or after making an order. Perfume Warehouse relies on Australia Post for delivery and unfortunately delays may occur that are beyond our control. We are not liable for delays whatsoever.
Policy for Exchanging Items:
A product can be returned within 7 days of the purchase date. The goods must be in its original sealable form and have a valid receipt. Exchanges are only valid for goods purchased. The customer must also pay freight charges. Unfortunately, the Perfume Warehouse cannot exchange or refund if the customer is not happy with the scent or the fragrance or any personal taste issues associated with purchase. Please contact our customer service line on 02 4647 1435 for further details or visit our store locations where an exchange or refund can be processed immediately.
Defective Items:
Defective products must be returned to Perfume Warehouse within (14) fourteen days of the purchase date to be eligible for replacement, international customers will be granted an extension at the discretion of the Perfume Warehouse management. Items will be replaced with the product originally purchased. For products that cannot be replaced due to unavailability, a full refund will be offered.
How to return your product:
- Contact Perfume Warehouse at info@perfumewarehouse.com.au. A representative will evaluate your return request and record all the necessary product return information and issue you with a Return Authorisation Number (RAN). You will also be provided with address details of where to send your return. You should not send your item without an "RAN"
- Send your item to the return address provided with your RAN clearly displayed on & inside the original packaging.
- As soon as the return has been received, a replacement product will be forwarded.
Important:
- The return must be received by Perfume Warehouse within (14) fourteen days of the RA Number being issued.
- Replacement products will only be forwarded after the faulty item has been received by Perfume Warehouse.
- All returns must have an RAN Number.
- Products that are returned to Perfume Warehouse without an RAN will be returned to sender.
